In fact they are not 100 years old but few weeks or months!! they are fermented with a mixture of herbs then put in the ground for a long time ;-) untill it become really really fermented ahahaha ! I tasted one in hangzhou ;-) it was hum hum hum really special! the taste was sooooo hard that my tongue was like under anaesthesia !!!! Yes these are eggs ! called ” 1 hundred years old egg”!
